Principal Jets LLC (“Principal Jets,” “we,” “us”) arranges private air charter flights. This policy explains what personal information we collect through principaljets.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter in the form:

  • Your first and last name, email address and phone number
  • Your company and title, if you provide them
  • Your trip details: departure and arrival locations, dates and times, number of passengers and preferred aircraft type
  • Anything you write in the comments box

When you email or call us, we keep the information you give us so we can respond.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools for the benefit of any other services.

How we use your information

  • To prepare and send the charter quote you asked for
  • To contact you about your request and arrange your travel
  • To send you a confirmation that we received your request
  • To keep records of our business dealings and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations
  • To protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse

We do not use the information from a quote request to send marketing email unless you ask us to.

  • Air carriers and travel providers. To quote and operate a flight, we share the necessary trip and passenger details with the FAR Part 135 air carriers that operate flights for our clients, and with providers of related services you request, such as catering or ground transportation.
  • Service providers. Companies that host our website and deliver our email process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Legal requirements. We disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the safety, rights or property of our clients, the public or Principal Jets.
  • Business transfers. If Principal Jets is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Otherwise, information may be retained for up to three years from the date of the most recent correspondence.

How we protect your information

Our website uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect information as it travels between your browser and our site, and access to quote requests is limited to authorized Principal Jets personnel. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the laws of California or other U.S. states, the European Union or the United Kingdom. We honor those rights where they apply. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.

International visitors

Principal Jets is based in the United States, and the information you send us is processed and stored in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
